Service Description
Deep Cleaning is best for homes that haven't had a good cleaning in a while and need a good scrub down to get rid of the grout and grime build up. Areas you wouldn't normally clean on a daily basis will be thoroughly cleaned and your home will be sanitized and disinfected. The time it takes us to finish will depend on the size of your home. It includes the following : 1) Dust ceilings, fans, light fixtures, & blinds 2) Dust all accessible horizontal surfaces 2) Dust all accessible surfaces 3) Wipe down disinfect mirrors 4) Wipe down and disenfect all doorknobs & light switches 5) Clean and scrub sinks & faucets 6) Wipe down and disinfect countertops 7) Dust and wipe down kitchen and bathroom exterior cabinets 8) Wipe down and disinfect refrigerator doors and dust the top if accessible 9) Wipe down and disinfect outside of dishwasher 10) Wipe down and disinfect stovetop/oven exterior 11) Furniture dusted and vacuumed if accessible 12) Scrub down, disinfect, and clean tubs, showers & shower doors 13) Clean and disinfect toilet bowl (inside, outside, and behind) 14) Vacuum and mop floors 15) Baseboards dusted (if accessible) 16) Dust & wipe down washer & dryer exterior 17) Wipe down and disinfect inside and outside of microwave 18) Dust and wipe down small kitchen appliances 19) Baseboards wet wiped (if accessible) 20) Tabletops dusted & wet wiped 21) Doors & door frames wet wiped 22) Window sills & trim wet wiped
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect our team’s time, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations/rescheduling made less than 48 hours in advancewill incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service These fees help cover the time reserved for your appointment, travel to your home, and the loss of the opportunity to serve other clients. For recurring clients, skipping or delaying a scheduled cleaning may result in a price adjustment to reflect the longer interval between services. We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, just as we respect yours. If you need to make any changes, please reach out as soon as possible—we’re always happy to work with you when we can! ATTN: Payments are due the SAME DAY of service unless otherwise specified. If payment has NOT been received the SAME day of service, a $35 late fee will be assessed. No exceptions
