Cancellation Policy

**ATTN: During the heat of the summer, we now require the AC to be functioning at a temperature of 71 or below to prevent us from overheating. Cancellations MUST be done 48 hours in advance or you will be charged 50% of your scheduled appt. If cancellation is made one day prior you will be charged 75% of your appt. If cancellations are made the SAME DAY of your scheduled appt. you will be charged the full price of your scheduled cleaning **ATTN: Payments are due the SAME DAY of service unless otherwise specified. If payment has NOT been received the SAME day of service, a $35 late fee will be assessed. No exceptions
