Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect our team’s time, here’s our cancellation and rescheduling policy: • 48+ hours’ notice: no charge — free to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations or rescheduling made the day before your appointment: 75% of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service. These fees help cover the time reserved for your appointment, travel to your home, and the loss of the opportunity to serve other clients. For recurring clients, skipping or delaying a scheduled cleaning may result in a price adjustment to reflect the longer interval between services. We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, just as we respect yours. If you need to make any changes, please reach out as soon as possible—we’re always happy to work with you when we can! ATTN: Payments are due the SAME DAY of service unless otherwise specified. If payment has NOT been received the SAME day of service, a $35 late fee will be assessed. No exceptions.
