Service Description
Standard Cleaning is ideal for your every-day cleaning. The time it takes us to finish will depend on the size of your home. It includes the following : 1) Dust ceilings fans, light fixtures, & blinds as needed 2) Dust all accessible surfaces 3) Wipe down mirrors 4) Polish stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen (if applicable) 5) Clean and scrub sinks & faucets 6) Wipe down countertops 7) Dust kitchen and bathroom exterior cabinets 8) Wipe down refrigerator doors 9) Wipe down/polish outside of dishwasher 10)Wipe down stovetop/oven exterior 11) Wipe tabletops and side tables 12) Scrub down and clean tubs, showers & shower doors 13) Clean and disinfect toilet bowl (inside, outside) 14) Vacuum and mop floors 15) Baseboards dusted as needed (if accessible) 16) Dust & wipe down washer & dryer exterior 17) Clean inside of microwave
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect our team’s time, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations/rescheduling made less than 48 hours in advancewill incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service These fees help cover the time reserved for your appointment, travel to your home, and the loss of the opportunity to serve other clients. For recurring clients, skipping or delaying a scheduled cleaning may result in a price adjustment to reflect the longer interval between services. We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, just as we respect yours. If you need to make any changes, please reach out as soon as possible—we’re always happy to work with you when we can! ATTN: Payments are due the SAME DAY of service unless otherwise specified. If payment has NOT been received the SAME day of service, a $35 late fee will be assessed. No exceptions
